CS2 sensitivity — sens, DPI and eDPI for game.cfg

How to pick CS2 sens: mouse DPI, eDPI, convert from Valorant/PUBG. Ready game.cfg presets and calculator on GamesCfg.

eDPI is what matters

eDPI = in-game sensitivity × mouse DPI. Pros compare eDPI, not raw sens alone. Typical CS2 range: 600–1200 eDPI for riflers, lower for AWP.

Example

sensitivity 1.2 × DPI 800 = eDPI 960

Convert from another game

Each game uses different yaw — you can't paste the same number. Use eDPI or a converter.

  • Valorant → CS2: verify on an aim map
  • PUBG → CS2: match eDPI first, then fine-tune
